• General presentation of the telecontrol system architecture,
• Preparing and carrying out a manoeuvre,
• Identification and roles of the various players,
• Presentation of Level 1 and Level 2 equipment maintenance and simulations,
• Network operation under normal and disturbed conditions,
• The operating rules associated with these normal and disrupted conditions (Urgent Withdrawal, Immediate Imperative Withdrawal, Downgraded Mode),
• Network behaviour,
• The Alert and Safeguard System and the defence plan,
• Test regimes and network separation,
• The service restoration method,
• Fault location procedure,
• Telecoupler rules and implementation.

• Preparing and carrying out a manoeuvre,
• Applying the principles of dialogue between the operations manager and the driver,
• Carry out 1st and 2nd level maintenance work on telecontrol equipment,
• Provide feedback on events,
• Implementing procedures between the various players for operations undertaken during the construction, operation and maintenance of electrical facilities under normal and disturbed conditions,
• Know your responsibilities as an Operations Manager,
• Apply the service recovery method in the role of Operations Manager.
• Understand the behaviour of the network,
• Be familiar with the different seasonal regimes and the associated procedures between the Operations Manager and the Driver,
• Apply the procedures for backup, defence and restoration plans,
• Know the procedures for restoring power to a facility following its definitive tripping,
• Know the procedures between the operations manager and the control manager for the various operations on the facilities,
• Be familiar with the procedures and responsibilities of the operations manager,
