- • Identify the objectives of regulatory documentation,
• Quote the scope of application of the Power Network Expertise rules,
• Identify the chapters corresponding to the switching and operation of a local site/unit,
• Search effectively for the information required for your activity in the Power Network Expertise rules,
• Cite and apply the reference documentation concerning access to a site,
• Apply the procedure to be followed when accessing a site in accordance with the Power Network Expertise rules.
• Tap a site or a local unit in compliance with the Power Network Expertise rules,
• Cite the consequences on operations of tapping a site or unit locally,
• Discuss with the Operations Manager using the appropriate media,
• Inform the Operations Manager of the information (excluding units under maintenance) on the site tools,
• Identify the 6 stages of the manoeuvre,

• Apply the provisions of the Power Network Expertise rules when carrying out switching operations locally, alone, from the synoptic or remotely: on his own account for all maintenance switching operations, as part of his operations, and on the order of the operations manager/manager, for circuit-breaker switching operations only, with knowledge of the consequences for operations.
