• Identify the information needed to analyse 1st level incidents,
• Evaluate a sequence of elimination and resumption of service in relation to the protection plan concerned,
• Describe a fault by determining its nature (fugitive, permanent, intermittent, etc.), its form (single-phase or polyphase) and its characteristic variables (t0 start of fault, current value, duration, etc.) from the incident data,
• Relaying the information needed to analyse 2nd level incidents to your contacts.
