• History of substation busbar protection systems,
• Operating principle of busbar differential protection and supervision equipment in a high-voltage substation,
• Reminder of busbar differential protection and digital busbar differential protection tripping circuits.
• System constraints following damage to or unavailability of a busbar differential,
• Presentation of major incidents, equipment and human factors on busbar differentials,
• Case studies on the low-voltage cells at the training site,
• Carrying out a risk analysis and diagnosis before taking action.

/ Objective

• Carry out maintenance 3 on all types of busbar differential protection under operating conditions,
• Analyse a malfunction in a busbar differential protection system using a specific method,
• Interpret the impact of a busbar differential failure on the electrical network,
• Report the impact to the operations manager (operations manager),
• Propose and argue solutions to the Network Maintenance Manager.
