• Communication concepts,
• Role of the site manager and reminder of regulations,
• Work preparation,
• 63kV VT replacement site,
• Replacing a 63kV circuit breaker pole,
• Carry out inspection operations,
• Replacing the site manager during the worksite.

/ Objective

• Define and explain the role and responsibilities of the site manager,
• Use communication concepts,
• Organise and manage a work team to prepare work,
• Preparing and organising a worksite as a Works Supervisor, including aspects relating to the prevention and safety of operatives and equipment,
• As a Works Supervisor, delimit the work area after receiving the consignment certificate from the Consignment Officer,
• Maintain the equipment (LV, HV and EHV of a substation, following the instructions in the maintenance schedule for the corresponding equipment),
• Analyse professional risks,
• Apply the regulations in force,
• Draw up a written feedback report at the end of the project,
• Know how to lead a team during a HV maintenance or breakdown operation,
• Take on the role of works supervisor for off-voltage work.
• Apply communication techniques to transmit reliable orders to the team he is leading,
• Know and apply the work preparation directive,
• Carry out level 4 and 5 maintenance operations (including preventive and corrective action),
• Check the maintenance operations carried out throughout the worksite,
• Check the technical compliance of the equipment with the specifications, provide feedback and update the asset databases,
• Check the actual conditions at the start of the worksite against those taken into account in the work preparation (par.tech, env., cond.access to the structure).
