/ Content
- • Describe the main phases in the decision-making process for a project,
• Describe the different types of study and their response formats that design and measurement/control teams may be confronted with as part of the decision-making process,
• Give an opinion on the feasibility of a project, identifying any reservations and the main constraints on implementation,
• Identify the issues involved and the main constraints on transmission channels,
• Determine the performance and functions of the protection system in relation to the protection plan,
• Identify the protectibility constraints of a study (HV equipment, short-circuit currents, operation and settings of protections, requirements and specifications of the specifications, of conductor load, impacts on supervisors, etc.),
• Recommend equipment, functions, ratings/ratios and settings.
• Complete the protegeability study framework,
• Cite the issues involved and the context of the specifications for conductor discharge,
• Prescribe the neutral system of a customer's EHV installation and recommend the value of the earthing impedance if necessary,
• Define the performance requirements and obligations of the customer's protection system.
/ Objective
- • Responding to a request for a study,
• Write the control and command part of a classic protegability study,
• Draw up a set of specifications with a driving load.
