Intern Profil

Low-voltage Live Working maintenance operators.

Required

Have been working in low-voltage maintenance for several years,

Aptitude issued by the doctor for work under voltage,

Advanced knowledge of low voltage and electrical safety rules.

Needed stuff

A PC, PPE and something to write with.

/ Content

Theory :
• Theoretical input on applicable regulations,
• Theoretical input on the identification of and access to structures,
• Theoretical input on the specific risks associated with CCA structures and how to protect against them,
• Theoretical input on the specific risks associated with "Battery" structures and how to protect against them (chemical, electrostatic, explosion),

Practical (preparation and execution):
• Replacing a power contactor coil,
• Replacing a circuit breaker or its base,
• Connecting and disconnecting a cable on a busbar,
• Replacing a terminal on a terminal block while maintaining continuity of supply.
• Brushing and cleaning terminals and battery casings,
• Connecting and disconnecting a battery connected to an existing switchgear.
• Replacing one or more battery cells,
• Connecting and disconnecting a battery without an existing means of disconnection.

/ Objective

• Identify "CCA" and "BAT" type structures and know the access procedures for carrying out LV Live Workings,
• Identify electrification and short-circuit circuits,
• Implement the means to protect against these risks,
• Choose, prepare, check and use PPE, tools and equipment to carry out Live Working on CCA and Battery type structures,
• Prepare and confirm an operating procedure,
• Check the electrical and mechanical stability of the work to be carried out under LV Live Working,
• Carry out live work on CCA and BAT type structures in compliance with the TECs and Technical Sheets,
• Report to your line manager at the end of the work.
